Hi,

The lines of U+1D1CF are very light in the standard samples.
But just for you, I made the lines a bit heavier.  Near as I can see, the glyph should be the size of the note head, so this is as far as I can go.

Cheers!

Not that the standard actually explains this, but I am pretty sure they are meant to be used inline when discussing the history of music symbols, as in “the natural sign (♮) is derived from the b quadratum (⸦U+1D1D2⸧)”. They could also be used by music engraving software, but that makes no difference to FreeSerif.

I think U+1D1CF is still hard to make out at usual font sizes.

data:text/html;charset=utf-8,<div style="font: 12pt FreeSerif">%F0%9D%87%8F is a glyph variant of %E2%99%AF

I fiddled with the shapes and positionings of all the medieval signs, to make them look more like the standard samples.
Really, I'm not sure how these are meant to be used.

U+1D1D2 MUSICAL SYMBOL SQUARE B and U+1D1CF MUSICAL SYMBOL CROIX are medieval accidentals. In FreeSerif, they should be positioned like the modern accidentals: larger and on the baseline, like U+266D MUSIC FLAT SIGN and U+1D12A MUSICAL SYMBOL DOUBLE SHARP.
