In FreeSans and FreeSerif, U+1F12B CIRCLED ITALIC LATIN CAPITAL LETTER C and U+1F12C CIRCLED ITALIC LATIN CAPITAL LETTER R have calligraphic letters in the \mathcal style. They should be normal italic letters.
