Suppose I want to create a file in another directory than the current one, e.g. :

Then Octave creates the file if doesn't exist and , by default, prepends a function header which conatins a minimal texinfo help template followed an empty function definition. The issue is that everywhere I would expect "toto", I see "/tmp/toto", and hence the function file is not valid since the name of the function should be actually be "toto".

I'll attach a patch.
