This has been fixed in Unifont 10.0.07.

Also, I removed slashes from subscript zero and superscript zero. The slashed zero was added to ASCII zero at the request of multiple people who use Unifont for writing source code.

David,

Johnnie Weaver alerted me to the baselines, x-heights, etc., not being aligned in that block. I redrew the superscript and subscript letters in that block to at least have consistent x-heights and cap heights. I tried to position the glyphs vertically so they would appear more or less okay next to both lower-case and upper-case letters. Other places where superscript and subscript Latin letters appear will have to follow.

The superscript and subscript glyphs in Spacing Modifier Letters and Superscripts and Subscripts are smaller in Unifont 10.0.06 than those in other blocks. For example, compare U+02E2 MODIFIER LETTER SMALL S and U+1DBB MODIFIER LETTER SMALL Z.
