The top of U+2E82 CJK RADICAL SECOND ONE should be at the height of the top of other radicals.

I redrew glyphs with the changes that I intend to make.
I have redrawn the brackets to have greater consistency.
MPa looks worse with the "M" moved to the right, so I am leaving it as is.
If a glyph is in Wen Quan Yi, I do not want to change it in Unifont. U+2F80 falls into that category. I showed the glyph to Chinese people and they told me that anyone who knows Chinese will not have any problem recognizing that character; the pixel is supposed to represent a brush stroke. It might not be optimal, so if you get the change made in Wen Quan Yi, I will make it in Unifont. Wen Quan Yi is maintained by Chinese people who are able to judge what looks okay in Chinese ideographs.
The radicals you mention are positioned okay vertically. Chinese people have told me that there will be no problem for people who know Chinese to tell what they are. The vertical offsets position them in a little less extreme location within the 16 by 16 pixel cell. For the walk radicals for example, the others have more vertical detail to render, so they extend to the bottom row; there is no need to do that with the one that is raised one row.
