Attached patch fixes the issue when the cursor is near the left edge of the screen. It works by pushing x forward (when the cursor is moving up) only when the cursor has landed on a row that contains something -- something after the tab -- not when the cursor landed on an empty chunk (in the middle of a tab, with zero characters present on the entire row).

To reproduce, run:

stty cols 80 && src/nano --soft -T164 +1 README

Press <Down> five times. The cursor lands on the "O" of "Overview". Now press <Up> five times. Notice that we're back at the top of the file in just four key presses -- it has skipped the row with "GNU nano...".

Expected behavior: every series of <Up>s should retrace the exact steps that a corresponding series of <Down>s took, and vice versa.
