With today's commit, sans and mono should be fixed.

Note: need to revisit the half forms for these conjuncts.  Doubt that the tables are working right in any case.  If the stand-alone conjunct exists, shoud the half-form conjunct also be formed, generally?

Note: can the TDIL document be trusted?  I saw at least one bug in v. 1.4.10.  ng-ca is depicted as ca-ca.

So I fell back to checking other Devanagari fonts.  Now, the consistency isn't great, and many fonts try to support Sanskrit to some degree... and most pre-date the TDIL standard.  But most of them supported the stemless pairs, as well as the tt-ma.  Many apparently Hindi fonts make a d-ba ligature though.  I don't know.

Found another one.  THis forms a vertical ligature:
     न्न

Better listing:

These should form vertical ligatures in Hindi:
ट्ट ट्ठ ठ्ठ ड्ड ड्ढ ढ्ढ
द्द द्ध द्म द्य द्व

This should not form a vertical ligature in Hindi:
द्ब

Should be fixed in serif faces.

There is a discrepancy between the current TDIL Script Grammar for Hindi, and the document for the velthuis font documentation, on which FreeSerif was based.

These should form vertical ligatures in Hindi:
ट्ट ट्ठ ठ्ठ ड्ड डढ ढढ
द्द द्ध द्भ द्य द्व

This should not form a vertical ligature in Hindi:
द्ब

A few of these aren't even listed in the velthuis conjuncts table.
