Fixed in git by commit 7d46eff7.

To reproduce, run:

src/nano --ignore README NEWS

See how in the help lines it says "^X Close", which it does when multiple files are open. Now press ^X. In the help lines it still says "Close". Now press ^L. See how it now says "Exit".

Expected behavior: it should say "^X Exit" in the help lines as soon as there is just one file remaining open.

Bug exists since nano 2.6.1.
