In FreeMono and FreeSerif, U+1F4A0 DIAMOND SHAPE WITH A DOT INSIDE is a copy of U+27D0 WHITE DIAMOND WITH CENTRED DOT. In fact, U+1F4A0 is a stylized flower and should not look like a literal dotted geometric shape. I think the original DoCoMo glyph (a higher-resolution interpretation of which is in Unicode’s code chart) would fit FreeFont’s style.
