Yes. Those are two separate issues.

The short stroke, and the long one as well, are not positioned at this time. Probably they should be.

But anyway the most obvious use of the short stroke is to put a stroke on lowercase letters, and the stroke was too high for that. This is now fixed in all the mono faces.

The case of the Cyrillic barred u was just a wrong lookup.

Now I see these c2sc lookups only exist in the roman face. I'll make a note of it.

The stroke overlays on the small capital versions of U+0166 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER T WITH STROKE, U+0197 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER I WITH STROKE, U+01B5 LATIN CAPITAL LETTER Z WITH STROKE, and U+04B0 CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER STRAIGHT U WITH STROKE are too high in FreeMono.

Also, the stroke on the small capital U+04B0 is too long. It is barlongoverlay.cmb but should be barshortoverlay.cmb.
