Fixed in git, 94e56323.

(The root of the problem was passing NULL instead of a beginning line when spell checking.)

To reproduce, run 'src/nano --ignore README'. Type ^T. Segmentation fault.

The offending commit is... c88d7ce5 again.

I'm already suspecting where the problem is: the internal spell check, before beginning, retreats one step, to compensate for the old search behavior of stepping one character ahead before beginning the search.
