The fix for bug #50126 fixes also this bug.

To reproduce, run 'echo xxx >exes' and then 'nano --ignore exes'.  Then type: M-R M-B xx <Enter> xxx <Enter>
Then keep typing Y.  The trail of exes keeps getting longer and longer, nano never stops.

The probable offending commit is c88d7ce5 -- I haven't even tested, but 2.7.4 still works fine.
