To see what I mean, run 'src/nano +7u,15 NEWS'.  This will put the cursor in column 15 of line 1 instead of the intended line 7.  Not a big deal, but it would be nicer if nano alerted the user about the typo, just like when a nonexistent syntax was specified, for example.

Expected behavior: when parsing line or column number fails, nano should beep and report "[ Invalid number ]".
