To reproduce, run:
echo "thett " > misso
then run:
nano --ignore --speller="aspell -x -c -l en" +,9 misso

Type ^T to spell check, type 1 to accept the "the" replacement. Now type a character. Segmentation fault.

Bug exists since nano-2.4.0.
