Expected behavior: also when a filename starts with an embedded ^J (a newline), nano should accept the name and save the file.

Fixed in git, e6350aab.

Do echo stuff >"abc
def". Then run 'nano abc*def', and type: ^O <Home> <Del> <Del> <Del> <Enter>. Nano says: "Cancelled".

Some of the prompt handling has been special-cased to see ^J at the start of an answer as a Cancel. This seems superfluous and counter-productive.
