well, actually the thumb-nailer uses it, so I've been more conservative. Now attempting to navigate using a stale Print View will just remove the selection, so as to avoid creating the Score Layout that is just the selection.

Printing just the selection seems to have been broken before 2.0, I assume no one wants it, so it is dropped and navigation on a stale print view is disabled. Previously it tried to refresh the print view, but for some scores this wouldn't be desired.

File->New
Enter two Middle C notes
Print View -> Typeset (manual typesetting is on)
Drag down to select first note in Denemo Display
Notes/Rests->Transpose Down Octave

without retypesetting right click on last note in Print View

navigation is wrong, and, worse hitting Typeset results in it typesetting on the selection.

Workaround: ensure Print View is up-to-date before clicking in it.
