No response from OP, closing as invalid. If someone wants to pursue this issue, please file a new bug report tested with the latest release and provide more details for a developer to investigate.

I'm pretty sure this bug has come up elsewhere--something in which the redraw of the plot lagged the event causing the redraw by one. You are using 'Qt' graphics toolkit, correct?

Maybe if you gave a more concrete example and describe details like the toolkit, environment (e.g., within the GUI), etc. then those of us who have the development version could test and see if the problem still exists.

when using imshow() function in octave in linux.after getting the image,when maximizing only maximize the window.picture stays with the same size which it initially opened.
But after maximize,if it minimize again it is zoomed and only a part of the image is shown.
