Hi Vincent!

Thanks for the report. it looks like this was broken for configurations with a flattened filesystem layout. It should be fixed in r40063.

If you take a look at https://github.com/gnustep/base/commits/master, the commit "Various configure/build tweaks " appears to have broken the build. I have personally found this commit to be the cause of breakage when building on an Ubuntu 14.04 system.

The run concludes with:

cp simple-load.h dynamic-load.h
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `config.h', needed by `before-all'. Stop.
make: *** [internal-all] Error 2
cat: Tests/tests.log: No such file or directory

which corresponds with my experience as well
