Done: libsigsegv 2.11 is released.

Thank you for the suggestion.

The last release from libsigsegv dates back from 2011, and there has been several new useful changes since then, especially the addition of the support for new architectures.

Would it be possible to make a libsigsegv 2.11 release, so that projects that package libsigsegv can start dropping all the patches they have on top of libsigsegv 2.10 ?

Thanks a lot!
