Currently, when nano dies (because of a SIGTERM, a lack of memory, the terminal becoming too small, whatever), it leaves lockfiles behind (when locking is set). This is annyoing -- most of the "locks" I have encountered in the past year were not because of trying to edit the same file doubly, but because of editing a file that was being edited when nano went down.

Expected behavior: when nano dies, it should delete any lock files that it created.
