Fixed in git, 5dee9fb.

And closing because unreleased.

To reproduce, run 'touch aaa && src/nano'. Then type:
ooo ^O aaa <Enter>

Nano asks:
"Save file under DIFFERENT NAME?"
even though it was a nameless new buffer.

(And after Yes, it asks "File "aaa" exists; OVERWRITE?".)

Expected behavior: it should only ask the first question if the buffer had a name already and the given one is different.
