Well, in any case the picture is of a more recent version. Perhaps you were thinking that the palettes on the side looked old-fashioned - they are optional anyway. The color scheme is a matter of the Gtk style, which is outside of the control of Denemo but could be changed by the user.

I think you have got the files mixed up, the one you describe as 2.0.8 is a (nonsensical) image from softpedia - it is not 2.0.8 as there is no staff number visible.

do you mean http://www.denemo.org/showcase/ ??
they are a few years old, compare with the latest manual

http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=denemo.git;a=blob_plain;f=docs/denemomanual.pdf;hb=HEAD

there are differences, if you post up a screenshot of what you are seeing I would have more idea - sometimes the operating system completely emasculates the loaded program.

The windows versions we build use some default style that was written by the Gtk folk, probably some time ago.

In principle you can change the style, but I don't know how practical that is I'm afraid, especially on windows.

Hello I have downloaded the most recent version of Denemo but the Display looks very old-fashioned (quite different to the pictures you have on th Dememo homepage. Is this because I am using windows or is there a way of changing Denemo´s appearence that I don´t know about?
