This bug was fixed and is now merged into master.

When `make check' is run on multiple threads, a large fraction of the tests will fail. This is because the tests depend on each other: the first few tests are those that make the mock images (using MakeProfiles) for the tests that need actual FITS images for example.

Also in the tests, we have to first check if the input is present. If it isn't then the tests should get skipped, not leave the program to run so it complains and the test fails.
