this fix broke bg/fg behavior slightly. see bug 48331.

Fixed in git, a878f5f.

This does have the small side effect of showing on the bottombars the Search menu instead of the Main menu when the window is resized during searching. I think this is acceptable. It is even kind of helpful: it shows that ^C is Cancel.

(Maybe we should always show the Search menu when a Re-search (M-W) takes longer than half a second?)

To reproduce, open a huge file, search for a string that does not exist, resize the window, then abort the search with ^C. Nano will keep using the old size of the window. When you've made the window smaller, this will look messy. Only resizing the window again will fix that. (A ^L will not fix it -- maybe we should make it so that it does, because that is what ^L is for: get the display back into order.)
