Fixed in git, 8a5b4f6, by a patch from Rishabh Dave.

To reproduce, run 'src/nano --operating=doc', type ^R ^T M-/. The selected file is now 'nanorc.sample', the last one in the list.

Now run 'touch doc/mmmm' in another terminal. Nothing changes in the file browser in nano (it would be useful to have ^L, Refresh, available here), but now type ^G ^G -- the list is refreshed and now 'nanorc.sample.in' is selected, the one but last in the list.

It would be nicer if the same file would still be selected after a refresh.
