I just implemented this, here's the output:

[...existing output]

Possible change symbols (first two characters of each line) are listed below:

A/ added directory
D/ deleted directory
/> renamed directory
-/ directory permissions changed

A added file
D deleted file
M file modified
Mb binary file modified
-- permissions of file changed
=> renamed file
fl file replaced by link
-> link target changed
lf link replaced by file

You can also use the --verbose option to get a more verbose list of changes.

Thats all I could find. Patch available at my archive: http://johannes.sipsolutions.de/archives/johannes@sipsolutions.de--2004/tla/tla--jmb/tla--jmb--1.2/patch-5/

The what-changed symbols that appear in the leftmost column are a bit
cryptic. I think their meaning should appear in the output of -H (but
probably not --help.)

Any takers?
