The current git revision of libidu/walker.c::lang_wanted() fails to build with GCC-5.3.0 (on cygwin).  It's triggering a -Werror=suggest-attribute=pure, i.e. GCC things this could be marked _attribute_((pure)), and because of the -Werror, that's flagged as an error.
