I use grub 2.02.beta2 on manjaro linux.
If LANG is ko_KR.UTF-8, lang is set to 'ko' in /boot/grub/grub.cfg, but there is no file on /boot/grub/locale/ko.mo. Thus, grub says there is no /boot/grub/locale/ko.mo during boot. It is not fatal, but it bothers me.
grub-mkconfig should be able to fall back to english if there is no corresponding grub locale file for the current system locale.
