Fixed in git, 2f6c8987, by David's softwrap overhaul.

When not using softwrap, doing a PageUp followed by a PageDown will leave the cursor at the same place as where it was before hitting those two keys. But when softwrap is on, this is not the case: the cursor creeps in an upward direction.

To reproduce, run 'stty cols 50 && src/nano --soft +111 NEWS' and start alternating PageUp and PageDown. On the screen, the cursor will slide down a bit, but in the file it will move to lower line numbers.

Expected behavior: also when softwrap is on, a PageUp followed by a PageDown (or the other way aorund) should leave the cursor on the same line and on the same spot on the screen -- or if that is not feasible, then at least one of the two: same line or same spot.
