The revision is part of the subrepository gnulib-hg: http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/gnulib-hg/rev/7f19e7f2afa2

Octave's code is analysed periodically at the site

https://www.openhub.net/p/octave

However, as can be seen in the Forum entry

https://www.openhub.net/topics/9838

the download of the code from the Savannah repo has been failing for nearly 2 months, apparently with the error

unknown revision '7f19e7f2afa2b1476983003f9cd6df2f5b2a4b08'

Effectively, this ChangesetID appears not to exist in Savannah. Could this be a corruption of the Savannah repo or is the openhub analyse code making a mistake somewhere ?

In any case I'm filing this bug report so that others are aware of the issue

David
