Can the original reporter verify whether this is a GUI bug (using the File menu to save figures) or a CLI bug (using 'print -dpdf test.pdf').

Hi,

Thanks for your bug report. Are you using the File menu to save figures? This may be related to bug #45226 which has been fixed on the stable branch (http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/4c2d39de1e96).

Saving a plot while multiple figures are open often results in the wrong plot image being saved as a .pdf file. For example, if figures 1-4 are open, saving figure 4 may save the image from figure 1.
