I don't know anything about installing Octave on OSX. Please ask on the help mailing list.

Thank you for your early reply.

Is there a problem with the GraphicsMagick on my Octave?

I just installed my Octave from 'Octave Forge' (the link is shown below).

http://sourceforge.net/projects/octave/files/Octave%20MacOSX%20Binary/test/2014-09-25-Binary-of-GNU-Octave-3.8.2-for-OSX-10.9.5/

Then, I opened 'Octave-3.8.2-1.mpgk', clicked 'continue, continue, install', and the monitor showed 'installation completed', then clicked 'close'.

Please tell me how to properly install it.

Thanks for your bug report. This is not a bug in Octave but a system configuration issue with your install of Octave.

It looks to me like your Octave was built to work with a GraphicsMagick configured for 32 bits, but your actual installed GraphicsMagick library was not configured that way.

The missing symbol _ZN6Magick5ColorC1Ejjj is the C++ constructor "Magick::Color::Color(unsigned int, unsigned int, unsigned int)".

If you need help figuring out how to properly install or configure Octave for your OS, try asking on the help mailing list.

I tried installing Octave 3.8.0, then it worked.
What should I do to use imiread function on Octave 3.8.2 ?
