Uh, this is the GNU Octave bug tracker. You are reporting a bug for GNU Parted, which as far as I know should go to -unavailable-

Hi,

My only goal is to try to resize my RPi install SD from it's original 4GB image to a new 64GB SDXC card. Tried to expand the third partition using Kubuntu 14.10 and Parted. I am using this tutorial: http://elinux.org/RPi_Resize_Flash_Partitions#Manually_extracting_partitions_from_the_image_on_Linux

I get this as I try running the commands:
Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/mmcblk0p1 2048 2324218 2322171 1.1G e W95 FAT16 (LBA)
/dev/mmcblk0p2 2326528 8028159 5701632 2.7G 85 Linux extended
/dev/mmcblk0p5 2334720 2449407 114688 56M c W95 FAT32 (LBA)

justin@ThinkPad-T400 ~> sudo parted /dev/mmcblk0
GNU Parted 3.2
Using /dev/mmcblk0

This is running on a Lenovo Thinkpad T400 - Intel Centrino 2 and 4 GB of RAM. 500GB SSD that was just installed. Everything else on my install (other than some redraw issues related to video drivers) works flawlessly. Please see my original report to KubuntuForums.net originally detailing this issue.

Thank you for making kick ass software that greatly enhances my life.
