The attached file test.tm is a simple presentation, with everything ok. The second file test2.tm is what results after clicking on "Dynamic->Expand->Make slides", then Undoing the changes. If you look closely, you'll see that the style "slides", which is added by dynamic-make-slides is not removed by the undo operation.

Changes to the document style and initial environment are not part of the undo system. One may consider this to be a feature or a bug. In this case, it should probably be regarded as a bug...
