Its using the icon as a compiled in Qt resource, which isn't accessible from the ftlk side.
Probally only way of setting the ftlk icon is to call the FLK_Window icon function with an actual file.

Is there something similar we could do for the FLTK toolkit, or is that too hard? I don't think it's such a big deal since we will probably start to deprecate FLTK after the 4.0 release.

See the attached image. The Octave GUI is branded with the Octave logo in the upper left corner. However, plot windows created are branded with the generic X logo indicating it is an X-window.
