Thanks for your report. The test on 64 bits is not necessary.

The issue can be closed.

Thanks for giving attention to this issue.

I have only Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and on it I have these results:
- in version 2014-11-05 (32-bit) dialog windows resize fine
- in version 2014-12-22 (32-bit) program crashes when I try to resize any dialog window
- in version 2015-02-20RC (32-bit) dialog windows resize fine

Do you need the same tests with the 64-bit version of PSPP?

I guess the latest working version is 2014-11-05.

Today I build a new releasecandidate. Can you check it?

Unfortunately I have to go back to my previous toolchain because an updated version contains problems. This might became a problem in the future.

If any of the readers has MSWindows10, can you check the latest releasecandidate version on it and report your findings?

If it can be helpful, as far as I know, last version (32-bit) in which this problem was not present is pspp-082-20140116-32bits.

Thanks for looking into it Harry.

In the meantime, people who are affected by this, please see the FAQ entry at https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/faq.html#NonFreeOS

It seems to be a bug in my toolchain. With my old chain it works correct for the 32 bits version. Upgrading to the current versions doesn't solve the issue

I am afraid this will take time to find out what is going on.

Yes, sorry, I forgot to say it was on Windows 7 professional 64-bit.

This doesn't happen for me on GNU/Linux, so I think this must be a Windows only bug.

Harry? Any ideas?

It occurs only in the 32-bit version.
In 64-bit version dialog windows resize fine.
