I fixed the problem where FINISH and EXIT didn't exit immediately. I also added a description of FINISH to the tutorial in the manual. Thanks for reporting both of these issues. Let me know if you still see a problem.

Requiring two invocations of FINISH is also a bug. I'll also check into that.

Thank you. FINISH. is documented and also works (if invoked twice).

I'll check into FINISH also. I believe that it should also work.
Thanks for the report.

How about FINISH. ?
It is documented, but doesn't seem to work.

You shouldn't have to type EXIT. twice. I see that currently you do; that's a bug then.
Usually I exit by typing Control+D. (That will only work on GNU/Linux and possibly on Mac OS.)

Hello,
I am reading PSPP Users' Guide version 0.8.4. Maybe I just cannot find it, but I think the Guide does not mention how to exit the program.
By playing around, I found EXIT. works if typed twice. Is that the optimal way to close PSPP?
Best regards, Daniel Schlieper
