Just modified the stack code again. Now when ReleaseInput
is called, it searches backwards in the stack for the monitor and signal. If found, the stack is trimmed back. This should
deal better with grab owners who disappear without ever
calling ReleaseInput()

I have added a stack of pointers to the gtk monitors and
signal IDs. Now when you call SuspendInput (monitor *pm),
the signal ID and a pointer to pm are stacked. ResumeInput
will only do the disconnect if the top of the stack matches
the last SuspendInput call. It cures the reported problem, I
await to see if it breaks anything

I've recieve the following warning:

(gnubg:13651): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gsignal.c:1705:g_signal_handler_disconnect(): instance `0x8711e08' has no handler with id `1663'

when I close the rollout window while the rollout is in progress.

Here's an analysis:

(a) a rollout typically sets a new pwGrab
(b) RolloutGeneral calls HandleXAction
(c) HandleXACtion calls GTKSuspendInput
(d) GTKSuspendInput adds signal to pwGrab (idSignal)
(e) HandleXAction handles pending X actions, i.e., my pending "destroy" of the rollout window
(f) RolloutCancel is called which restored previous pwGrab
(g) GTKResume input tries to remove idSignal from pwGrab

However, idSignal is not found on pwGrab since RolloutCancel restored the previous pwGrab.

A suitable solution in GTKResumeInput would be:

if ( gtk_has_signal( GTK_OBJECT( pwGrab ), pm->idSignal ) )
gtk_signal_disconnect( ... )

however, I can't find a function "gtk_has_signal" or similar.
