chainloader is a specific protocol for loading bootsectors. It needs a damn good reason to be modified for this and most likely it will not be chainloading anymore. Look at freedos and ntldr/bootmgr loaders. Closing this. If you have a usecase, feel free to respond and I'll consider reopening.

I found "chainloader +N“ or ”chainloader file“ only loads 512 bytes maximum to 0:0x7c00.

It should be better that
"chainloader +N" loads N sectors

and

"chainloader file" loads the whole file.

I made a patch file(for chainloading file), and it worked.
though I don't know if it has side-effects.
