The C++ exception no longer work and we can't link
a program that use them. We obtain errors like:

/home/ciceron/tmp/cc1CCApe.o: undefined reference to `__gxx_personality_sj0'
/home/ciceron/tmp/cc1CCApe.o: undefined reference to `__cxa_allocate_exception'
/home/ciceron/tmp/cc1CCApe.o: undefined reference to `__cxa_throw'
/home/ciceron/tmp/cc1CCApe.o: undefined reference to `__cxa_call_unexpected'
/home/ciceron/tmp/cc1CCApe.o: undefined reference to `__gxx_personality_sj0'
/home/ciceron/tmp/cc1CCApe.o: undefined reference to `__cxa_allocate_exception'

during the link.

They used to work (with a setjmp/longjmp implementation).
