Fixed in SVN, r4987. And with all paraphernalia in r4991.

The phrase "if nanorc support is available" is also used for -I (--ignorercfiles), so it can only mean «having been compiled with --enable-nanorc», otherwise it wouldn't make sense. So, when that is the correct interpretation of the docs, the history logging and position logging should still work when --ignorercfiles is given.

-I should only disable the nanorc files. Although there is an oddity with the documentation surrounding it: the manual page and info page both state that history logging is available only "if nanorc support is available", but it says no such thing for position logging.

Also, "if nanorc support is available" is ambiguous: it could refer to nano's being built with nanorc support (whether -I is used or not), or to nano's using nanorc support. I would think it's the former, and clarify the documentation to mention that.

Start nano with src/nano -I --poslog ChangeLog, do a couple of PageDowns, exit from nano, restart it with the same command -- the cursor is back at the top of the file.

In my mind -I only disables the nanorc files, not the search and position histories. But if this broad ignoring is intentional, then giving -P or -H together with -I should produce a warning.
