Looks fixed to me - closing - ask for it to be reopenned if it is still a problem.

No. It is sitemgr-link, because this permits to configure the place where you put the sitmegr-site directory:
You have to put the sitemgr-link directory into the root of you phpgroupware installation, and you can leave the sitemgr-site directory where it is or move it wherever you want, as long as you correctly configure (in sitemgr's administration interface) the filesystem path and the URL where this directory can be reached

IMHO, line 311 should be:

$this->t->set_var('sitemgr-site',$GLOBALS['phpgw']->link('/sitemgr-site/'));
instead of "..sitemgr-link/"
