It seems to be fixed in 3.8.0.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix

When constructing a cell with a function handle inside a comma is necessary for the subsequent value, otherwise a parse error appears:

a = {@sin 'bla'} # -> parse error
b = {@sin, 'bla'} # -> everything working
