htmlTemplate.c was not unmapping template files

The service manager leaks memory when generating HTML output. Note, that when returning the dgmx file raw (as xml) memory is not leaked, so the problem must lie in the html conversion.
It may be within htmlTemplate.c - this code should be disabled to prove this.... otherwise.. hmm..
