Currently in PSPP such action can be performed, however, to paste the copied image from the PSPP output view in a word processor (eg LO Writer), is pasted the temporary file location.

For example in LO Impress paste the following text: "See /tmp/filecjzQ8w/clip-1.png for a chart".

Tested on:

pspp 0.8.1-g0343d5
fedora 19 (32 bits)
LibreOffice 4.1.1.2
