Actually (1) was already sorted, the script just needed an override adding.
Now in git.

I have fixed (2), so the script now works, though the end of movement barlines need re-inserting by hand at present. In git now.

Several problems with this scripted command since the LilyPond output has been re-organized.
1) We have no easy way to re-define the \Barline and \EndBarline definitions - the re-definition is now coming after the music.
2) This script tries to enclose the staffs in a group context, that should be done with group context commands - although I confess I think there is something tricksy being done which I don't understand, to do with getting the barlines between the staffs.

In version 0.9.6 mensural bar lines don't work anymore. If you create a new score with two staffs, enter some notes, and activate Movements > Mensural barlines (On/Off), the generated lilypond file does not compile (i.e. print preview does not work, /tmp/DenemoXXXXX/denemoprint.ly does not compile).
