I added .f mapped to fortran.lang in the lang.map (it's in git head)

for the comments starting with c C or * there's already a variant fixed-fortran.lang that you can use (by simply specifying -s with fixed-fortran at the command line).

Many fortran files have the extension .f and this mapping is currently missing in lang.map.

Additionally, GNU F77 compilers these days allow a mix of '!', 'c' and 'C' as comment characters so 'c' and 'C' should be added to the fortran.lang definition file as comment symbols.
