Instead of the "caron-shaped" rakh, a "line-shaped" one is incorrectly applied to some conjuncts such as the 'ṣṭra' in the word

dhṛtarāṣṭra

(As encoded by RomDev.map)

This happens in Serif, not in Sans (well, the conjunct isn't present in Sans)
