Yeah, you are right. I downgraded back to 1.99 and it is as fast as with 2 beta 6.

OTOH I downgraded kvm (to 0.15.1 from 1.1 rc3) and now it counts correctly.

Consider this as an INVALID report.

The TSC calibration code hasn't changed between these versions. Wouldn't you happen to have upgraded kvm in the same time?

Forgot to add. The same happens if I issue sleep command. sleep 300 means approximately 3s.

Since update from 1.99 to 2.0 beta6, I have to set the timeout to 100 times higher value than before. So for example to have about 3 seconds of timeout, I have to set it to 300.

This all is in qemu-kvm 0.15.1 on my laptop. The same configuration on my desktop is fine.
