After the change in the .desktop file it works perfectly well. Thank you very much.

Your bug report makes perfect sense. This bug first appeared in Ubuntu 11.10 . It is related to the new scroll bars.

Can you try the first workaround mentioned here, and let me know if it works for you?

If this works I believe a fix was issued by the Ubuntu/Debian devs for future release of GNUBG on that platform, based on info I had given them. More information on the subject can be found here:

Sorry, I made a mistake.
I can change widows with Alt+Tab but the other window I change to does not respond either until I press Alt+F in GNU. weird...

Dear Developers,

I have this issue since I upgraded Ubuntu to 12.04. Now I use Gnome 3 instead of Unity. (With 11.04 and Unity there was not such a problem)

I load a match and make an analysis and I would like to do a fast review.
When I click any move on the right hand side the program freeze. Does not respond no matter where I click. In this state I cannot even change to other window or open a terminal, it seems that the whole Gnome UI is frozen. I restarded the computer because of this several times. Then I realized accidentally that if I press Alt+F for example, the File menu opens. I click away to close it and now the system continue to work again normally. Gnome works, GNU works. Until a click to another move. Then it freezes again...

I hope it was clear enough to understand. If you think that this is a complete mess, drop me a letter and I try to shot a short video about it.

Regards,
Tamas
